what type of food should i eat to get nicer hair, nails, and skin??

  2. The best thing is Knox gelatin and/or Zrii.

  3. Water, lots of water for your skin.  Protein for hair and nails.

  5. proteins are good for the hair and nails...not sure about the skin

    eat salmon several times a week and your skin will be perfect. the only problem is that most ppl don't like salmon THAT much

    also make sure to get plenty of sleep and drink a lot of water

  10. Vegetables that are bright in color are extremely good for you. Things like kale or squash for example. Drinking lots of water is very very very good for your skin, I've seen an improvement in mine just from drinking more recently. But as a topical, I sometimes use an egg mask, it makes my skin super soft. And after that I use tea tree oil on any redder skin or blemishes, I swear by it, it's magical. Avocados are known for their hair helping qualities. But putting apple vinegar in your hair is amazing! It gets rid of any build up from using a lot of conditioner and makes it very shiny. But, the downside is you smell like vinegar, so I wouldn't do this often. I'm not sure about nails though!
