Well liquid foundation can look natural if it is applied correctly but for me powder is the best of all and i heard of this great product called shear cover you shoud see it and mousse is ok but i think powder is better

depend on your shin type

if it is dry use the liquid one

if it is oily use the powder or the mousse

if is combination mousse or liquid

i like power for a light coverage; cream for a little heavier coverage.. but liquid can really clog your pores :(

Well i usually use powder, but i'll use both liquid and powder sometimes too. If you're constantly running around and don't have a whole bunch of time to touch up makeup i would say powder

It depends on your skintype and preference of formula really. A POWDER foundation is great for skin that doesn't need much coverage, just a little evening out of skintone. Powder is also great for oily skin and touchups. The downside to powder is the sponge... make sure to wash it weekly to keep bacteria from growing and leading to breakouts. Also important to clean liquid foundation sponges too. LIQUID foundations are great for normal to dry skintypes. You generally get a sheer (tinted moisturizer) or natural coverage. You can get a fuller coverage when using a  MOUSSE. Mousse makeup gives a nice airbrushed look, kindof like a liquid and powder mixed.   These are all basic guidelines, based on drugstore makeup. If you want more of a selection there are cream foundations, mineral foundations, stick foundations, spray foundation & concealers out there too! Every line has a differnt formula for each foundation product... there are hundreds out there! I hate mousse foundation, it looks so fake and yuckkk.

Powder is the most natural and licest but if you need a bit more coverage, use a liquid under it
