What type of genre is it when?

Question

theres the same story told by 2 or more people

or like when lets say theres one summer with 3 friends and each friend has their own story with 2 people telling it...

for example :

the books anyone but you and a year in Europe

Actually, I don't know too many library catalogues will have that as a search topics.   Some books my be catalogued like that, but not all.  It's not that common, in my experience as a librarian.  Yes, I agree that books like this should catalogued like this, though.

That type of book doesnt have its own genre. But I guess you could call it multiple narratives. But its still techinically belongs to a genre like fantasy or historical fiction, or sci-fi or something
