Yes that looks like a lilac,  they have red eyes.

Cute gerbil by the way.

lilac i have one and she looks exactly like that

It looks a bit like an albino gerbil, although it's greyer than the albino one I had in the past. It has red eyes though, which makes me think albino - no pigment. Sorry only ever had albino or brown
