What type of glasses should i get?

after 30 minutes in front of the computer screen, my eyes already hurt

after reading two to three pages of a novel-they're tired....

just a little exposure to extra strong wind and it's as if they've bean open for hours

You probably need some reading glasses.

It's a good possibility that you are dealing with dry eyes. As you read the pages, you can be staring at the screen without blinking and that will cause your eyes to feel uncomfortable from being dry. Consider taking a break now and then and trying some refreshing eye drops. There are some available that are similar to the eyes own natural tear.  You can find than at any pharmacy. If in doubt, ask the pharmacist.

you must get glass cup and buy cup holder or buy at walter mart here at makati city they are so cheap like 50 pesos above you must see it its decoration is lovely we have those there are about 10 set of it.
