Parliamentary democracy.Under their constitution everyone is equal.It's interesting that after the americans defeated japan in WW2 they realised that if they gave them apresidential democracy,it meant that too much power in one person,so insisted they adopt the british model.It shows the undemocratic nature of americas presidential system.The same happened in Iraq
