What type of hair spray should i use?

I like to curl my hair with soft curls but by the end of the day they fall down, what kind of hair spray should i use to hold the curls in place but still keep my hair soft looking and soft feeling.... also when i do curl it i straiten it first because i have really curly hair and then i curl it with a curling iron so it will look soft but not poofy
