  1. That they need to work on their customer service skills. Bottom line is they provide a service to the community. I've had a few run in's with them (nothing serious). And I've been told I was a S****y driver, called speed racer, and threatened on one occasion to have my head cracked open.

Alot of people don't believe that I was cooperating, but I always was. And as far as I know I was never rude. I guess I would have more respect for them if they would have respect towards the people and not treat them so rudely.

  2. as far as im concerned, nyc cops especially have gotten a pretty bad rap from the general public. however, my personal experience with them has always been helpful, courteous and pleasant. even when i got pulled over, the cops were polite and above all, professional. this is their job. we don't credit them enough when they're doing a great job but the first ones to attack. i think with every profession there are some bad eggs. but for the most part, police officers are there to protect and serve and i think we should give a little more credit where credits due.
