What type of information, besides quality, can be found in a county's quality of drinking water report?

They may have information on quantity as well. The consumer confidence report varies a bit from supplier to supplier.

Do take a look at the quantity of Trihalomethane in the water. This is made by the Chlorine added for our protection but it attacks the nerve system and there are no long-term studies of its effect. High quality filtration do remove it.

It all relates to quality but

You can determine the hardness of water, if you should get a water softener.

You can tell if someone is polluting your water that may be below the governments limits but not yours.

The ones that we used to get gave a breakdown of of what different particulates were in the water and whether it was potable or not.
