What type of innovations do you think our world will see in 5 to 10 years?

....it seem like new innovations occur these days at a blinding pace. My computer I bought over a while ago w/ 80 gigabytes of hard drive and 500+ RAM is considered obsolete and the computer I bought six years earlier than that had 9 gigabytes hard drive is considered ancient.

...everything is changing...now hybrid cars are slowly dominating the market...podcast..new energy transfer technologies etc etc.

.....what new innovations do you think we will see in the next 5 to 10 years.

Honestly i don't think there will be much of earth left in 5 or ten years :(

But just to pretend, there would probably be medicines for EVERYTHING, tracking chips on everyone, interstate highways in every country, possibly new types of cars with record-breaking top speeds, supercomputers, robots, basically any sci-fi movie fans dream come true

I've heard some interesting stuff about global warming that might happen in the future

1. wrapping the glaciers in some kind of plastic or something to buy them more time before/if they melt

2. bombing land with plants to make forests (aerial forestation)

3. carbon dioxide drawed out directly from the air.

4. robotic boats spewing sea water into the air to block out some of the sun

5. an artificial cloud in space (basically lenses that let less sunlight to come through) by the way, just blocking out 2% of the sun will cool the planet down up to preindustrial days

6. huge wave driven pumps that will increase the plankton level to get the carbon dioxide level to go down

7. turbine like airships that will produce electricity

8. solar panels in space that will microwave electricity down to earth

i also know that there is a new weapon being developed that will use about 4x the energy the US will use in a year that will generate a plasma ray that will destroy anything in it's path

there is also weapons like anti missle lasers being developed but i think most people already know this

an armor made up of cameras and screens are being developed too that basically are invisibilty suits

possible flying cars and underwater cars
