What type of jeans/pants are best for short, chubby little legs?

I've always had a hard time finding jeans that fit me right. Every pair of regular old jeans I have I would either fold them up Bermuda-style or into caprices, but I'm getting tired of that same look every single day. Of course I know skinny jeans are out. Some fashion tips for those larger in size would be nice too, but I'm still young I don't really want to wear anything to mature or flashy.

PS yes, i do plan on losing LOTS of weight, but unfortunately.. it ain't happening in one day so I still need clothes. I prefer if you don't answer with losing weight tips and stuff...

  1. if u have chubby little legs, then do not wear skinny jeans, it'll make it more chubbyER. wear something that really fits(not too tight and not too loose either) ur thigh. and a little flair at the bottom(not too flair!! lol)

  2. Dont wear panst that hug your legs. Go with the pants that are a bit baggier like a boyfriend cut.

Sometimes, women wear big jeans with heels with flaunts their legs, making the appear longer.

  3. skinny jeans..just wear them i dont think they look bad on chunky people

  4. i have this exact same problem.

    NO FLARE JEANS.

they make your legs look even shorter, and they do not do anything to help the chubbiness.

    instead try bootcut, darker jeans.

you don't want jeans too tight, or too baggy.

just comfortable in the thighs, enough to pinch.

they can't be too long either, it might cost more but its definately worth it to buy the more expensive jeans that come in short sizes or petite sizes. i also find low rise pants aren't the best for fixing the problem.

  5. Here's some great tips and examples for jeans for short people: http://www.jeanshub.com/JeansforShortPeo...

  6. You can wear jeans that are slightly flared and Straight legs . because they provide a good sleek slimmer look.  Also, go for low-rise dark jeans (the darker the better) and dark pants. This gives the illusion of a slimmer hips and bottom.

Stay away from tight jeans with too much detail on the hips or bottom, such as flaps or embroidery on back pockets. This will only draw the eyes right to your problem area. Stay away from pants with bulky side pockets.

  7. Straight Legged or Slightly Flared.

And honey, skinny jeans are definitely not out, they are just coming in!!

    =)
