What type of jobs can a degree in nutritional anthropology lead to?

My guess would be a teaching job at a college or university that has a substantial anthropology department and of course there is always your local museum of natural history. But someone with that kind of background may also be a valuable asset to the food industry in research & development of foods that are wholesome and nutritious for folks.

you can do extensive research on why somebod's housecat died 200 years ago in America; how it died, how old it was, who it might have belonged to, etc... then you can write a bestelling research book on 'why my ancestor's cat died'...
