  1. I'd do what I did when I needed a employee a month ago. I called AARP. I am VERY pleased with who they gave me. I get someone I can trust and is willing to work part time. She get paid and is able to offset her bills.

    We had used Craigslist and Careerbuilder but the people we were getting were immature and frankly untrustworthy.
