What type of license would i need to harbor a small wild cat

i want to have a few small wild cats.

sand cats

Manul (Pallas's Cats)

fishing cat

and other feral cat possiblities

im living in scaramento california

I'm not familiar with these cats.

Are they cats you have seen outdoors that you want to bring indoors?  Or is this a "cool" thing?  

Truly feral cats will never be happy in a home.  You will have terrified, angry, aggressive cats urinating, defecating, spraying, etc.  It's misguided and cruel.  And is not the least bit cool.

I understand you were asking about a special license and it would most likely be the same as a regular license unless the cats mentioned are not traditional cats (are more like bobcats).  But feral cats are not suited for home life.
