What type of liquid eyeliner is good?

What Brand? Where to buy? Something that does not melt in water or hot heat?

your shold get cake liner. they have it at MAC cosmetics but you can also try cvs , walgreens or wal mart or any other stores that sell make up.

or try dillards they have good cake liner.

Wet and wild mega eyes liquid eyeliner is really good.

I LOVE wet n' wild liquid eyeliner.  Its about $2.50 a bottle I believe.  You can find it at most Wal-Marts, Rite Aids, and WalGreens.  Walgreens usually has it buy one get one free,so its def. worth trying. I never have to touch this stuff up throughout the entire day.  They have regular eyeliner and then Waterproof also.  Good luck!

i have this interesting story. i was once applying liquid eyeliner to my bottom lash line.. then i heard the phone ring and my appicator slipped and i had a big black patch on the whites of my eye.

just say no.

dont give in to peer pressure.
