What type of lotion is good for my hands?

were i work i mostly wear gloves and they dry my hands out. the type i was using wouldn't really soften my hands. i need some good lotion that will keep my hand moist and soften them as well.

any hand lotion.. it should be a thick lotion though.. Vaseline lotions are think and work really well
