this may seem like a dumb question... but what type of luggage would you use to pack all the supplies, clothes, room deco and stuff for boarding school if you're flying? any suggestions on what types of travel bags to bring, and isn't there a weight limit for bags on planes?

  1. Going on my past personal experience with lugging my stuff thousands of miles, several times a year, to boarding school, I would recommend 2 medium-sized wheeled items of luggage. If you get just one massive large-sized piece of luggage then it will literally be a pain for you to wheel it around through airports. You're going to want good quality luggage, not luggage that will fall apart en route. So you might want to look at Tumi or Samsonite, among others; Tumi's selections here: http://www.tumi.com/travel-and-luggage/l...

Weight limits and bag allowances vary by airline. So go to your airline's website and read up on their policy. All of the major airlines are getting tighter and tighter with their policies, so you will probably have to pay an excess luggage fee or excess weight limit fee, or both.   Best of luck.
