As you have Green Eyes you should use more brown mascara and eyeliner and eyeshadow should be purple/plum tones

If you have pale skin then i would advise you to use an Ivory foundation or Cameo one anything else might make you face look orange, hence what happened to me! (:

You should try a color pallette with light blue, green, and lavender eyeshadows. You should wear nude and light colored eyeshadow with black eyeliner on your lower lids and good mascara like diorshow or Cargo texas lash

I'm very pale with blue eyes also.

Try using a green eyeshadow. Dark if your looking for a more natural, but  I like the bright greens better. Blue will bring your eyes out, but only apply a little. I also get creative with eyeliners (usually its all I wear on my eyes) so I like all colors. The best are black, brown, dark purple, and blue. Don't forget black mascara.

For the face, apply concealer anywhere you need it (i recommend smashbox, it looks like a lipstick tube). Then, instead of a foundation, use a tinted moisturizer. It's better for your skin and looks more natural.

Blush or bronzer, you say? Both are fun, but for us pale people, we need to stick with blushes. Bronzer tends to look orange or unnatural. Pink/beach/tan will be best.

Keep it simple with the lips. A pink or clear gloss should be fine.

ALWAYS remember to wash your face before applying makeup. Looks and feels better!

Try "head in the clouds" by revlon. they are very light colors with a smooth texture. especially for your type of skin. you can find it at walmart
