  1. Meats in general are healthy.  It's over consumption that makes them unhealthy.  Fish has many benefits to it, so if you enjoy it, eat it as often as you can stand.

  2. Hope this helps~!

  3. Tofu,Seitan,Hummus,TSP,TVP. These are the meats that I eat, all from plant life.

  4. yes fish is lower in fat, oily portions even better, but in general fish is very low fat.

As for meat, it is also good for you.

Best would be turkey, then chicken, then pork, then your red meats, but even they have health benefits....tuck in!

  5. Fishes :]

  6. hi!

you definitely should eat more fish than other kinds of meat.. they're good for protein.. and omega 3 for certain kinds of fish. plus they're super low in fat!! =) (provided that you dont use loads of oil when cooking - i.e. no fried stuff!)

as for meat.. chicken is good. has little cholesterol compared to the rest of the meat.. you might wanna try turkey too~ =)

  7. you shouldnt have red meat all that often. try to eat grilled/steamed (not breaded) fish three to four times a week...when you dont have fish eat white chicken or lean turkey instead. you dont want to get get mercury poisoning from too much fish so 3-4 times a week is fine. i eat at least 1-2 eggs a day and i buy the organic ones that have 660 mg of omega 3's so that another thing to try too

  8. dont eat red meat

chicken and fish are both good
