What type of mechanics liscence do you need to certify a motorcycle?

is there a special mechanics liscence you need to certify a motorcycle or can you just do it with a normal mechanics liscence?

(im in canada so i dont know what you call it in the u.s., certify,safety,inspection, i dont know)

Each province has its own Mechanics Certification program, but most have licenses specifically for motorcycles that would be in addition to any Journeyman’s certificates you might have.  The MVIS certificate programs are run by the provincial MOT.  Check with them for specific requirements.
