I recently discovered the iced white chocolate mocha. ITS SO GOOD! I got it with half&half last time. What type of milk do you usually get it with? Does it make a difference?

  1. It depends. If I'm in a soy-mood, then I choose the caramel macchiato.

With hot chocolates, I prefer breve and extra vanilla.

When I get a hazelnut or toffee nut latte, I prefer whole milk.

I rarely ever use non-fat milk as I feel it weakens the drink.. 2% doesn't even cut it sometimes!

When it comes to blended beverages, light coffee base is out as it just doesn't taste right! The orange mango vivianos are awesome with soy milk.

  2. The default milk is 2%, usually purchased from the nearest Safeway or local grocery store.  At my Starbucks about half of the customers order it with Nonfat Milk, and maybe once a month someone will order it with whole milk.  I've never made a Iced White Mocha with Half and Half (Breve). Too rich and creamy for most people!

Now try a white mocha with 1 pump of peppermint... yum.

  3. I get nonfat milk

  4. I get skim milk to lower fat content.

    Whole or 1/2 & 1/2 = you should just get a milkshake.
