Do I need a single mouth guard for only the top or do I need a double mouth guard. Cause I'm wearing top and bottom braces and I need to know what type of mouth guard to buy...i am playing basketball

  1. ask your orthodontist --> he/she should be able to tell you, and can supply you with needed mouthguards as well
