  1. Anything with no alcohol is OK. Fluoride is good, and so is CPC (cetylpyridium chloride) for plaque removal.


  2. Listerine whiting, when you use it before you brush it makes your teeth noticably whiter, I love it

  3. hydrogen peroxide....

    did u know that's what people used back in the day when there was no toothpaste?  it's the best for mouthwash... it kill all the germs and leaves ur mouth fresh, not minty fresh but fresh.  it also whitens ur teeth.  try it once, u'll be hooked.

  4. Crest Pro-Health. T'was recommended by my dentist, to aid killing resiliant bacteria and organisms that made it through toothbrushing. Just like Listerine, but no alcohol- waaay better imo!
