  1. With the depression in the cap, it looks like Jack-o-lanterns (Omphalotus olearius), and slightly on the old side, to me:

    If so, these are poisonous.

    Lactarius would also be a possibility.


  2. It looks like a species of Russula.

    That would be a good place to start.

    It might be a type of Lactarius, they are fairly similar, but I would start with the Russulales

    (russula are often red but not all are, not all of the lactarius bleed white sap, and there are species that are confusing enough that they ended up listed in both)
