  1. Well thats a funny question To me at least. I think that they would play Folklore i think thats what its called not sure. But in my honest opinion i think that's what they would play.


  2. Renaissance music used a wide variety of instruments, including strings, woodwinds, brasses, and percussions, plus keyboard instruments including the harpsichord, clavichord, and organ.

    There were many composers and much music survives. Among the best were Palestrina, Victoria, the Elizabethan madrigalists (including  Morley, Campion, Pilkington, etc), Josquin des Pres, Monteverdi, Gabrieli, Luzzasco Luzzaschi, Gesualdo, Rameau, and many others.

    They wrote religious and secular music of many kinds, including masses, motets, madrigals, dances, pieces for the lute and the clavier, and lots more.

    One good place to start is the Fitzwilliam Virginal Book, readily available.
