What type of objects/game do you like to shoot with an air rifle and for what reasons? ?

I prefer spinner and mechanized, self-resetting moving targets, because they remind me of long-disappeared shooting galleries I visited as a youth. I'd love to put an old style .22 short shooting gallery back in business someday, if liability insurance didn't eat me up. I'd also like to have a couple "shoot out the star" carnival games there too. Informal target shooting is good, clean, fun.

The slug gun or air rifle as you call it is pretty much useless against anything bigger than a rat and you have to hit it in the head to kill it unless you got a super powerful 22 air rifle

cans are always fun! like to shoot green army men, animal crackers and ballons are always fun too! i hunt rabbits ,squirrels, quail, & pigeons. have also killed gophers and possums that were in my garden. go to some of the airgun forums youd be amazed.
