What type of oil do i fry spam in?

I dont know what to fry spam in. do i use veggie oil or olive oil. sum 1 plz help me.

None?  It already has so much fat in it, I don't think you'd need to add any other fat.  Especially if you use a non-stick pan.  But if you insist on using some oil, try the veggie.

If you have a well seasoned pan I would suggest a drop or two veggie oil.

Spray the skillet with PAM so it wont stick. SPAM has a lot of fat that will run as it cooks. Olive oil will leave a peculiar taste.

Veggie oil is SO much better tasting but if you want to be healthier (or if you're mixing the spam with veggies), olive oil is fine.
