What type of paint would i use to paint a simple white mask i have, the mask itself is a stiff plastic.?

Acrylic paint would probably do nicely.  You could brush paint or airbrush it.

Deco-Art No-Prep Metal Paint.  It stays on plastic like nobody's business.  I think you can get it at JoAnn's or Michael's.
