What type of pencile do they use to draw cartoons?

i want to know with what type of pencile or pen or any utencile cartoonists use to draw cartoons like spongebob, total drama island, family guy, etc. it all comes out perfect what ever it is they use is awesome because it comes out like a marker but i dont think it is what is it????

All the cartoons you listed are done on computers. No pencils required. Other actual "drawn" cartoons can be done in ANY pencil & pens or other media that the artist chooses, If a computer isn't used, I'd guess that a lot of cartoons are done in pen/markers.

I'm also wondering why you think spondgebob & family guy are "perfectly drawn".... ??? Not to me! But that is what I think are used, computers, then pen & ink, then pencils, airbrushing, crayons, paint, skies the limit!
