  1. A budgie/ cockatail.

A budgie is very clever and friendly. Is has very attractive and nice colours. ITs not shy, its plays and talk back to you sometimes. IT is quite cheap and it can talk as long as you teach it when it is young and well enough.

A cockatail is also friendly and i don't think it is shy. It can sing and talk quite well. IT loud sometimes too.

  2. I had a cockatiel for 10 years (but then it flew away:(). His name was Polly, and he was loud, beautiful and colorful, not shy, he sang, was $299, very friendly, and he never talked, but the store owner said the female cockatiels are the ones that usually talk. If you get one... make sure you clip their wings every few months.

  3. What about a pair of lovebirds? I've heard they can learn a few words but it takes alot of training. Very beautiful. If you get them hand raised there very friendly. If you get them at a pet store like I did, it's gonna take some time and training.

  4. Cockatiels

  5. alexanderine are really nice pets love attention and get devoted to their owner

  6. Cockatiels

    Amazon Parrot

    Parrolet

But, you have to train them to talk.

They wont imediantly just talk talk talk away.

It took my first cockatiel 2 years to learn how to say "ZOE!" ( Its name )

  7. Cockateil all the way

  8. well you cna buy a quacker parrot they are REALLY loud, lears to talk

  9. I would say a conure, they are beautiful, and a lot of fun.  They can learn to talk they are fairly inexpensive, generally friendly, not shy overall, and can be loud when they play.  I have a green cheeked conure and he is awesome

  10. green cheeked conure!!!!!!! Wow, they are amazing.  ALL the conures i have known are all amazingly friendly, I think you should get one, though there is a huge selection of birds, encluding conures

  11. Sun Conures and Jenday Conures would be good. They are loud, colorful, not shy, should be able to get one at that price, they are friendly, and can talk a little.

Rainbow/Blue Mountain Lorikeets are loud, very colorful, not shy, you might be able to get one at that price, just depends on the breeder, friendly, and can talk a little. I have a Blue Mountain Lorikeet and she is an awesome bird.

Lovebirds are colorful, but don't normally talk and I am not sure how friedndly they are.

Cockatiels meet all the requirements, except for being colorful.

Indian Ringneck Parakeets meet all the requirements, except for singing.

Here is what I suggest go to these websites look at the different birds so you can see what they look like for yourself, then do lots of research before you decide to get one.
