  1. Get a cat!  www.towncats.org

  2. fish are kinda boring, a lizard doesnt do much, go to the pound or RSPCA or adopt a dog from death row :) Give it a second chance, and call it Chance :)

  3. if this is your first pet I would recommend getting fish first. once you are used to the responsibility then you can move up to the lizard, finally the dog.

I like naming fish because you can give them crazy names since you never need to call it like you would a dog if you were outside. My fish are named:

milkshake, t******e, S****y girl, ipod, television, hamster, kitten, and rabies.

  4. a ferret

  5. Get a dog, name it 'Spike', or 'Apple' or 'Sneak' ..

  6. Goldfish - when your almost dead bored you can look at your fish for hours on end without killing yourself.

    Called them funny names...

  7. This really depends on the time, money, and commitment you will have to any of these animals. Even a simple goldfish will need a spacious tank and regular water maintenance to be healthy. Do research on each animal first, and decide which animal's lifestyle you can try to work around, and not vice versa.

  8. If you are a active type of person, go with a dog, as they like to run around and have LOTS of fun. If you aren't an active person, go with either the lizard or the fish, And if you are a kind of forgetful person go with the fish. Lizards also take too much time and I think money, because to be able to own a lizard i am pretty sure you have to have a license. They can survive a couple of days with out food. Overall I would go with a dog, as they can active, or non-active animals, but it is needed to keep them healthy.

Well I named my dog Cuddles. But another female dog could be Lulu.

  9. I know this isn't on your "allowed" list, but consider rats.  They make great pets.  They're as smart as a puppy and can be taught a few tricks, toilet trained, are fun to watch and play with and are pretty easy to feed and care for.  They don't smell if you keep their cage clean and if you train them to use a certain area for their toilet it makes cleaning thier cage easier.  They live for 2- 4 years, so aren't a long comittment like a dog (10-15 years).  Do a bit of web reseach into them and think about rats as a great pet option.

  10. Get a dog. A lizard will be exciting at first but then it will become a thing in the corner. Fish can't retrieve balls or run or play.

I have had dogs and fish, dog wins.

My friend had a blue tongued lizard, he liked it for about a week and then I never heard about it again. Last time I checked it was dead.

    Dog:

    Coco

    Bongo

  11. Get the dog from the pound

lots of dogs die for no reason just cuz no one will adopt them

    save a life

    gain a friend

  12. Chose a dog. You can teach them tricks and play with them all the time.

Male: Rosco, Tyson, Champ, Rex, and Charlie.

Female: Holly, Abby, Dazzle, Delilah, and Bell.

Think of names that describe it.

  13. Well a lizard sounds realy cool but i would get a dog idk jus because there easier to like play with and stuff and there fun but it takes responsibly to own one.

  14. Dogs are better company to have if you train it properly a good name could be Rex (that's what I named my dog) but seriously you decide on your own.

  15. Get a pet that will suit your lifestyle.

A dog will take time and commitment, training and money, love and attention.

Wheras, a fish will not mind being left alone in a bowl of water with its friends, it will not need walks, training, lots of money, the vet, and attention.

A blue tonuges lizard, you will need a certificiate, and the correct habitat for it.

I suggest not a dog for the first time pet owners, maybe first get a couple of fish or a rabbit, hamster, guinea pig.

Research online and get your pet from the shelter please.

    Thanks!~
