What type of phone would be good for a middle school kid?

I'm thinking a Chocolate 3, but I don't know.

also jukes from verizon wireless are cool. they come in red, light blue, and dark blue

and from att those phones that slide up and down....i 4got what its called, but they come in red, pink, white, and black

I have the LG Rumor and I love it.

It has the full pull out keyboard and you can text really fast during class ;]

I'm in high school and I got the Instinct and I think it is awesome! Also the Samsung M520 from Sprint is a very good phone, it's a slider also.

What ever you do don't get a Chocolate, they're really s**t and that touch screen gets very irritating. I personally think you should go for a Nokia, because they are more user friendly than the rest and the N series are pretty cool.
