Someone told me about eating some in a diner down South and at first I thought it sounded gross.Then I looked up a recipe (since I love pineapple) and made one (though I had a frozen, pre-made crust).

This is a no-bake pie - all you have to bake is the crust if you don't use graham cracker crust!

It was out of this world!!
