What type of plant is good for palms?

i have a palm plant that needs plant food what type of plant food is good to give it and whats the hardiest indoor palm to grow?

miracle gro is great, and their is also palm food that you can get in some nursuries.

as for the easiest indoor palm i think it is the sago palm. all it needs is light and can go a week or more with out water, but prefers water every 3 -4 days. this is really a cycad, but looks really nice and many consider it a palm.

the hardest palm to grow would have to be the mexican fan palm becuase it grows so fast you cant keep it indoors for long
