Do you need milk to be healthy and survive?

Also, as above what uses less fresh water to produce?

Pork, chicken, beef or beans?

  1. with a shortage of fresh water going around we should all care how we can use less.  My answer would be more drip irrigation on the yard.  Easier to.

but you were talking about meat, so that I had to look up.

Pork uses the most per pound of meat at 3000 gallons of water.  Followed by beef, 2500 gallons of fresh water.

Chicken serving was 408 gallons and beans uses for the same amount of protein serving 25 gallons of water and useing drip irrigation even less.

  2. Let me guess?  Beans?

Pork must be a mess to clean up.

  3. You do not need milk I am lactose intolerant and survive nicely on soy milk.  didn't use to be able to buy it but now it is in every store.

I was suprised it used that much water so I looked it up.

that is what they use to process the meat, i thought it meant what it drank throughout life and the whole nine yards.

It also said, "McDonald's serves enough hamburgers in one week to equal 20,000 head of cattle."

If you went to taco bell once a week and ate a bean burrito it would save enough fresh water for 4 large lakes.

It was counting all the people who go to Mcdonalds.

So I can save the world with one bean burrito a week?

  4. hoo cares?

  5. I would have thought beans (i am assuming you mean as in watering the plants or drinking by the animals) as an animal would need more water than a plant.

Sorry if i have misunderstood your meaning.
