  1. I own a Babolat aero storm.  http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpage...

  2. i have a babolat pure drive. It is awesome because it allows u to hit the ball really hard with just a little racket speed. The cortex system also prevents annoying vibrations. The racket also has a cool design. This is the best racket I have had! Believe me, i have had a lot of different brands like wilson and prince but this is the one that works the best for me. I suggest this racket to anyone looking for a reliable choice!

  3. I have a Head Tri-Radical with a tension of 55-59lbs (which is actually higher than Federer's racquet's) and is pretty high but I've always felt that I can control the ball better with a higher tension. It has a poly/gut mix (which is actually pretty standard). It's 27 inches in size (which is standard) with a mid-plus 95-105 square inches head size and has a grip size of 4 and a quarter (which is pretty normal for a female player) and it has a closed string pattern (18m/19c).

Having it like this enables me to use my racquet to achieve a more powerful response when hitting the ball, plus the racquet has a control oriented stringbed which means I can effectively use the drop shot when needed or hit the ball as hard as I like without the shot going wrong or getting bad vibration when I hit the ball. I also have a better reach with this racquet.

I haven't had it long so I'm still getting used to and the frame is lighter than I'm used to. But as I only play tennis occasionally it does the job fine.

  4. Wilson nBlade 106

  5. wilson n code...its strong, looks nice, great grip!

  6. No doubt, the Prince O3 Speedport Pro White. It has a denser string pattern which gives me the control that I seek. Nice weight as well, 11.7 oz strung. Most of all, the sweetspot is HUGE. I sometimes make off-centered hits but it feels like I hit it in the sweetspot. It's also a very attractive racquet and fits players who are seeking more control without sacrificing the power. Very nice for those who need an extra arm friendly racquet such as myself. I'm currently stringing with Gamma Professional 17 at 61 lbs.

I also like Maria Sharapova's REAL racquet (nope, it's not the Prince O3 White). It's the Prince O3 XF White, which features a denser string pattern (18x19) and offers less power (Power level 875). The original Prince O3 White that Prince claims to be "Maria Sharapova's racquet" is lighter (11.3 oz), has a string pattern of 16x19 and has power level 1000. No wonder I couldn't hit like her! Her real racquet is only available from Japan. You can tell from the pictures if you look closely that she is not using the O3 White. The O ports on the O3 XF White at 12 o'clock are pink, not white like the original version. In the future, I'd like to try out the Prince O3 XF White.

  7. I use the Wilson Hammer Tour, they're discontinued now, but I've been using it for years and I have no interest in switching.

  8. Own - Dunlop Aerogel 200

  9. I use the Prince O3 Speedport Tour and i have to say it is a great player's racket. The heft allows you to hit massive flat serves and the string pattern (16x18) allows you to generate as much spin as the aeropro drive. The ports also generate more racket head speed and is the most forgiving racket on off shot hits.

check the Tenniswarehouse power map for this racket and compare it to any other racket, it has the most power return for almost any location on the stringbed

  10. i own a prince and there more acurate. and its what ive heard from people

  11. I've only played tournaments in Yonex. I've been a Yonex fan since the inception of the R22 which was popularized by Martina Navratilova and Andres Gomez in the 80's. The stiffness of the R22 was excellent at that time period. Today's standards consider the R22 very flexible. I've gone with the Yonex MP Tour 1. This racquet is awesome! Then to RDX HD. I now use the RDS 001. The RDS 001 has that flexibility that I need to make my shots. I have a long swing and I pretty much create most of the power, being in the baseline whacking the ball all day. If you have a short swing, this racquet is not for you otherwise you'll be hitting very short balls. Spin is more than decent with it's open string pattern.

  12. Own Dunlop Aerogel 300 and Wilson NTour.
