There is one person who is vegetarian. 10 people and five kids

I wanted just get together at the typical restaurant with pizza ,but since its our first time seeing each other I wanted to cook something special ,,,,,,my son is a veggie lover too. What would you do? Be Honest...

  1. i would go out to eat to many people with to many needs

  2. make sure you have a veggie & dip platter, and a fruit platter ...  and maybe just a salad buffet:  taco salad (no beef), Chinese chicken salad,  Nicoise,  Bean salad, coleslaw, potato salad.  Let them pick & choose....   Get some sugar-free jello & pudding cups ...  Cake and a cookie platter

  3. Salad bar and baked potato bar with all sorts of topping for both!  Healthy, easy and cheap!

  4. I would have a buffet-style menu, and serve salads and finger foods.

    green salad w/ additional toppings

    macaroni or potato salad

    fruit salad

    sweet & sour meatballs

tortilla wraps w/ cold cuts, cheese, and veggies

assorted mini pizzas (or build-your-own pizza bar

    bbq or hot wings

    Hope this helps! :)

  5. if u want it casual just make some homeade soup and sandwichs and maybe even salad and pasta

  6. Celery & peanut-butter,and apples & peanut-butter.

  7. Grill some chicken kabobs with lots of veggies on them, cherry tomatoes, different color peppers, purple onions, mushrooms, you can put on chunks of squash and zucchini, broccoli, leave the chicken off of some, get some low sodium terriyaki sauce for those who want it.  everyone like to eat food on a stick.

  8. Since the party is in May you could plan it around a barbecue.  Have Chicken and Ribs and homemade potato salad, coleslaw, green salads, pasta salad, tabouli, grilled veggies.

If you make everything yourself, you can control the ingredients and everyone (except the person with stomach cancer) should be able to find something they enjoy.
