What is the resturaunt called that have the japanese people cook right infront of you and do all those tricks with the food?

They are Japanese steak houses..if you see any rest. that says this on the outside they do the cooking in front of you and do the tricks....Ask to be sat at the grill...They are so great but pricey.

The technical term is a "Tepan-Yaki Grill" restaurant. Although Benihana's is a Tepan-Yaki Grill restaurant, the term Benihan's is just their name but is probably the most notibale Tepan-Yaki Grill restaurant ou there.
