obviously a circular barbell of some sort, but definately not a horseshoe... so what is it? a segment ring?

just curious, i'm looking to buy some as well.

definitely a segment ring. it works exactly like a CBR/BCR, but it's a piece of metal that goes with the curvature of the ring...
