What type of rock is this

Well my nan found a rock and gave it to me it was in her garden

at the top of it, it has these pointy cream things that look like little cyrstals, the rock is very shiny and glittery and has quite a lot of colours on it mostly brown and a pinky colour, at the bottem of it it is just plain stone colour, wat could it be ???
