  1. An air sandwich.  a.k.a nothing


  2. Brown bread or bread made of soya flour with tomatoes,

    cucumber , onion and radish. No jam or butter.

    Only one sandwich per meal. Excercise also helps.

  3. My volleyball coach was telling us yesterday that she went on a diet for three weeks before her wedding. This is what she ate every single day for three weeks straight.

    3 apples per day

    1 turkey sandwich for lunch per day [whole wheat bun, turkey, lettuce]

    Drink: Milk or Water

    It may seem like something really hard to do, but if you have great dedication and are really determined to lose weight fast, it will work great!

    The results? After 3 weeks, my coach lost 40 POUNDS!!!

  5. I'd avoid sandwiches with deli meats as they are full of nitrates and sodium (not good for a healthy body OR brain). Stick with lean chicken and turkey breast.

    Do not avoid bread. You need carbs (just don't overdo it).
