They use a spanish style hot sauce, its official name used by mcdonalds is salsa roja. this sauce is used both in the mcskillet burrito and in the snack wrap.

they use chipotle bbq sauce in the snack wraps.

in the mcskillet they use salsa rola.

I couldn't tell what kind of sauce it was.  I thought the McSkillet was AWFUL!!!  I'll stay with Sonic!  Now that's a burrito!

It's similar to picante or salsa.  Spicy!
