  1. You need a fastener that has a large surface area so the plastic will not break.

One way is to sue fender washers on each s***w.  They are large washers.  However, they will rust.

Another way would be to put a piece of wood lath over the lattice and s***w through it into the deck.

This is a good question to ask at the home improvement store.  They may have something made just for this application.

  2. Just use some small deck screws. They are coted so the won't rust , and you can sink them, and putty over them if you care to. You can pick them up at any home improvement store.

  3. i would use a big headed self tapping phillips head w/pwr.drill

  4. The store where you purchase the lattice should have white screws with a Phillips or hex head s***w. If the panel is 1/4 inch use at least 3/4 inch s***w. They work well and will be less noticeable.

  5. a deck s***w will work just pre drill the lattice and make a slotted hole for the lattice to expand and contract with changing temperatures or it will break I made the mistake of just driving the screws right into my lattice and it broke so now it needs redone cause it looks like c**p
