  1. It really depends on what type of surface you're playing on, and also personal preference for more or less ankle support.

  2. It's all about you pal not the shoes.

Find a pair you like and kick some @$$ with them.

  3. Well I have avia's they are really light and they get great grip. And they do no cost as much as those K-swiss shoes that are heavier.

  4. I like KSwiss.

  5. i play with nike air max breathe cage.  im on my third pair.  they last a good few months, they're easy to break in , and have good traction.  you can get them on tennis express with no charges for tax and shipping.

  6. Tennis Shoes of course!! But definately buy Nike because they are great for playing Tennis! Trust me I would know! =]=]

  7. I am a regular hard court player, with Adidas Barricades V.

For you: They're pretty "clunky," and if you can't handle it, you might roll your ankles. (Ouch.)

For me: They're heavy, but it's very sturdy. Comfy too, really thick sole.

Also, they are also one pair (Nike I think too) that have a 6 month warranty.

Wear out the bottom sole through normal wear and tear before 6 months, and Adidas will give you a NEW pair for FREE (excluding S&H). Keep that receipt and box handy. :]

Or just visit a good tennis store. (Not Academy or Sports Authority, etc.) Talk to a sales rep. They'll know.
