  1. all types are good to work your front and side shoulder areas.  


  2. swimming, duh?lol., or do strokes lift weight or push ups if u dont know how to swim

  3. try using 2 KG weights and then just lifting it up to your head and put down ( do it SLOWLY or it wont work)

    Protein is a good idea if you are looking to build muscles. But, without a good workout, the muscles that you are trying to build probably wont show. Be careful about how much protein you eat, however, too much is bad. Good sources of protein include:

    chicken

    fish

    peanuts

    those are just a few things that include protein. Again, monitor the intake.

    If you decide to try a small workout to acompany the protein, running or jogging and even walking are great choices. Swimming is also great. Anything that will keep your heart rate up for a good period of time( 20 minutes or more) is effective.
