What type of spider is this?

Theres this weird spider I found in my kitchen sink and it has weird markings on it. I dont know what type of spider it is and I was wondering if anyone knew? heres a pic

Its a long legged bear spider BUT BE CAREFUL ITS VENOM CAN KILL

It's a Parson Spider.
