What type of spray do i need to get rude of 'bogong moth'?

all of the sudden i see like 10 of them in my kitchen and they're getting really bad now! what shoud i do about it?!

They are coming to the light,u can get a bug globe this will help alot

its the white light they like and good fly screens on windows and some

strips on back and front door ways that should do it.good luck
