  1. http://www.krylon.com/products/fusion_fo...

This is the web site for the Krylon spray paint that adheres to plastic. On the right side of the web page, they do have some links for metallic. I don't think they have any red metallic.

They have a couple of shades of red in their regular color offerings.

  2. Kyrlon is the only manufacturer currently making a paint that chemically bonds to plastic.  Unfortunately, they only come in primary colors.  That being said, there is a way around this.  Use the Krylon as a base color because it will adhere to the plastic.  Then come over that with a metallic paint (like Rustoleum, NOT Hammerite) to get your metal finish.  Then seal the entire thing with a non-yellowing, UVB/UVA protecting polyurethane like Varathane to seal it and keep the metallic finish from peeling, flaking or fading.  Use the outdoor formulation for both the Rustoleum and Varathane if your application is for outside.

  3. There's a paint called Fusion (I think made by Krylon) specifically for use on plastics. They have a wide range of colors, including metallics.

  4. If you use a plastic primer (Rust Oleum makes one), you can spray any color you want on top of it. Other than that, you're stuck with spray paint specifically for plastic and I've only seen those in regular colors and possibly a hammered finish.

  5. just wipe the PVC down with acetone first this will roughen it so any paint will stick to it
