What type of substance could this be??(details)?

I found about a pound or 2 of powder in a tupperware box with a coiled metal in the center kinda buried, it wasn't attached though.

The powder was VERY fine, grey with a a greenish tint to it. It was very chalky and i accidentally touched it and it smeared all over my skin (like chalk) i dumped it out and the substance went EVERYWHERE. Oh and when i found it, there was a threat written on the box so I'm assuming that that substance could potentially be dangerous. I'm just wondering what it could possibly be???

It should tell you what it is on the box and what to do if you get it on you, if it is really a health hazard. It could be a hoax, Sounds like a experiment, someone making a battery, or the contents of a florescent lamp. Probably won't kill you, we get exposed to allot of dangerous chemicals and stuff in a life time.
