  2. any kind of swimming exercise try swimming butterfly,breast,free,or backstroke for long distances fast, that burns a lot of fat and also strenghtens arms

  3. i am on a swim team and i have a record for my school. So i recommend doing as many laps as u can a day But try to do 1000 m ( which is 40 laps) It really helped me

  4. It's impossible to burn fat off of just one part of your body. If you want to lose weight then you have to lose it all over. Just do normal swimming, and some jogging.

  5. I swam for a long time. The best way to work on the midsection is to do 4 laps get out and do 20-50 sit ups swim 4laps and then do 15-40 push-ups and do this only taking a break after you do this twice and do that about 10 times. Also you can work in flutter kicks into this as well and you will really work on the midsection.

  6. Swimming isn't the best for midsections but try doing breath stroke only with your legs for 20 laps each day.
